This class will give the attendee the advantage of learning how to make more money in the salon by using a gray coverage series. Not only save them time but allow more revenue to be made behind the chair.
The attendee will leave with a strong understanding of how to use and formulate with CoverSmart. Also, learning a new technique and receiving the digital assets to keep them inspired and knowledgeable.

Jenn Montoya Palmore
Jenn Montoya Palmore joined the hair industry in 1997 as an apprentice with a top salon in Ventura, Ca. She quickly fell in love with color and became a color specialist.
As her career grew behind the chair, Jenn wanted to start giving back to hairdressers through education. Joining the Paul Mitchell family in 2009 at Paul Mitchell the school Santa Barbara as Education Leader, Jenn was able to work with upcoming Future Professionals. From there she joined the Paul Mitchell Advanced Academy Color Team traveling across the country to educate hairdressers and Learning Leaders. Jenn’s passion for color chemistry, color, and growing hairdressers is what led her to the JPMS family in 2015.
Jenn currently works for John Paul Mitchell Systems and works closely with the Salon Development Team, Creative Team, Sales and R&D, participating in photo shoots, hair shows, color trainings, digital learning and travels domestically and internationally as a color trainer. She continues to work behind the chair as a stylist and services her guests every week in the salon and is always taking new clients. In her free time, she is enjoying life with her husband, family, and their three fur babies.

Colin Caruso
Colin Caruso started coloring hair as a way to express himself at just 12 years old. He recognized early on that walking around with different color hair attracted others who were like-minded, and the teen skateboarder coloring his friends’ hair at home in the basement turned his hobby into a career. Colin has traveled the world as an international platform artist and educator, built up his own business at Salon CARU, and been part of the JPMSTM family for over 10 years.
