Cynthia Baker

Cynthia Baker founded the social media consulting firm SAGA Haus, a socially driven agency that combines her vast beauty industry experience and her in-depth knowledge of marketing, social media and content strategies. Currently, the SAGA Haus client list includes hair care brands (such as Joico), celebrities, influencers and athletes. Baker also teaches her social media expertise nationally.

At 15-years-old, Baker began her beauty career and opened her own salon at 20 while working part-time as an educator for a major haircare brand. She then worked with many big-name beauty companies, including PureOlogy, Joico Hair Care, Ultimate Beauty Companies and Bellami Hair which provided Baker a deeper understanding of integrated marketing, education, strategy development and the tools to accelerate sales.

Baker proudly served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) and is now the Vice Chair of the PBA’s Foundation Board of Directors.

The Chicago Cosmetologists Association, Inc. is an approved sponsor of continuing education by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (license #190-000101).
